Yoga question?

Hi everyone, I just started taking Yoga. I’ve been training with some online yoga videos I bought. I am taking yoga because I just want to relax and meditate, but also for exercise. I want my yoga to also help me lose weight. I’m just following my yoga videos at home; not going to a yoga fitness center or anything. I have a few questions about yoga though:

1. How long do you think it would take me to lose about 5 pounds while doing yoga?

2. What are the best yoga tips and techniques?

3. What are the best yoga moves to help me relax?

4. Any advice about yoga techniques?
