   Yoga is not a fighting art, and neither is kung Fu. They are both ways of life and philosophies. The idea is that you strength your body, then you strengthen your spirit, then you straighten your life. Both have 3 parts, physical, spiritual, and philosophical, but the last two tend to not be practiced.
