    after sometime of learning yoga at my gym…i decided to do that at home…i only do that at the gym once in a while to make sure that i’ve been doing it properly…these videos help m A LOT!!!!!…and im in a point now that yoga is like a religion for me…=)

    Rainbeau Mars is an expert people! I was practicing with her video as often as I could and I found that everytime I could do a little more. Then I found her webpage sponsored by adidas, with the ads and the explanations on how to do the poses. Its amazing, really, an inspiration!

    i just did this yoga workout, its awesome, i usually do my workouts on hd, i have been doing workouts for a while, but today i decided to check out workouts on youtube good thing the computer is in my room lolz kewl huh! haa lolz!

    thanx for posting all these videos, love doing workouts there funn, have been doing workouts 4 a long time, its part of my rountine, i just did a cardio one 2, i do all kinds, on mon i do yoga, and any kind of cardio, and on tues. i do pilates, cardio, and on wed. i do cardio, and on thurs, i do walking, and on fri. i choose whatever i want, ps. and im not bragging, just to make that clear!
